Liability Form

RELEASE AND NOTIFICATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  1. I acknowledge that I am physically fit to participate and I will not hold Dyeislife, sponsors, and its partner companies responsible if I am injured as a result of any physical trauma or medical problems which may occur while participating.
  2. I am responsible for my own belongings and any prizing I am given during this event
  3. I understand that if I choose to consume alcohol that that is up to my own discretion and any bodily harm or decisions I make during or after this event are my own responsibility. Zero responsibility will fall on Dyeislife, sponsors, and its partner companies.
  4. I will stay hydrated with non-alcoholic beverages that have been provided by Dyeislife, sponsors, and its partner companies.
  5. By attending this event, you grant Dyeislife, sponsor, and its partner companies the unrestricted right and permission to use, publish, and distribute any and all photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our social media channels, websites, and other internet platforms. You acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
  6. Dyeislife, sponsors, and its partner companies are not responsible for any injury that may result from participant on participant violence.
  7. I acknowledge that I am of legal drinking age and will remain responsible and mindful during the event.
  8. In the event I show signs of distress or call for help, I would like assistance and will not hold Dyeislife, Dyeislife employees, sponsors, and its partner companies, or other participants responsible for their actions in attempting the performance of rescue or first aid.
  9. Should Dyeislife, sponsors, its partner companies, or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and cost to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnity and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
  10. I agree to respect other players and seek 3rd party rulings for any and all controversial plays.
  11. I have read the foregoing in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions herein above set forth on behalf of myself, my heirs and personal representatives.
