Welcome to the Dyeislife Tournament

a. Tickets to the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Each ticket holder must present their ticket and a valid ID for entry.
c. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

Welcome to Dyeislife. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of your information through the use of our website, referred to as “Services”. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Conduct

a. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Event hosts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be intoxicated or posing a threat to themselves or others.
b. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by event staff will result in immediate ejection from the event without refund.

3. Liability Waiver

By entering the event premises, you agree to release and hold harmless Dyeislife, including its officers, employees, and volunteers, from any claims arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, loss or damage of personal property, or any other incidents that may occur due to alcohol consumption or the actions of other attendees. 4. Right to Use Likeness

You understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. By entering the event, you grant Dyeislife and its affiliates the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and other depictions for promotional, advertising, or any other purpose.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

All attendees must comply with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and behavior at public gatherings.

6. Amendments

Dyeislife reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting at the event or on the event website.
